1 – PURCHASING ON ArredOK

The products purchase from ArredOK are sold from Pizeta srl, which is registered on The Commercial Chamber of Monza e Brianza with Italian Vat n. IT02351220963. The office and the showroom of Pizeta is situated in Cesano Maderno (MB)- Via delle Campiane 14- The prices that you find in our site are show in Euro value and they include VAT amount. You can find also the articles that don’t include the VAT amount and this is mentioned on the profile’s products. 2 - BUYING PROCEDURE

If you want that your order is putting in production you should complete an electronic ArredOK form with all your personal data. Also you should make a payment with your credit card or with bank transfer.

ArredOK refund you the money in the case in which the article is unavailable on the product’s collection.

The customer submit all General selling Terms and Condition after order form transmission.

The online selling contract between ArredOK and the customer is intended to be concluded in Italy and ruled by Italian law.

3 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

ArredOK use the carriers that are qualified in the furniture assembly and they contact you to organize the delivery of your order. You must accept the delivery within 15 days from the moment that the goods leave our stock and they are warehousing to our carrier. All the costs regarding all other type of service will be charged to you. The carrier doesn’t deliver the products inside the apartment and you should help the driver at the moment of the products’ unload. If you want to have the products in your apartments or at the upper floor, we contact you to have all the necessary information to make a personal offer. All the products are covered by all-risk assurance and ArredOK is responsible for the products up to the delivery to you.

4 - ORDERS CHANGES

The order could be modified only if we haven’t started the production and in any case all the changes could be accepted only in the 3 days before the reception of the payment. We are at your disposal for any type of request regarding the order changes, but we don’t guarantee that it is always possible.

6 - DELIVERY TERMS

The production terms are declared on the product’s profile and they are included in a 2 to 6 weeks. In consideration of the nature of the products, "manufactured or acquired specifically for the Customer" the law provides an "additional reasonable delay" in which the possible delay is to be considered "appropriate according to circumstances". In any case ArredOK commits to deliver the products within 30 days from the time mentioned on the website. After this period you have the possibility to break the contract without any penalty and ArredOK refund you the amount that you have paid (you can terminate the contract only for the purchase of the products that have been delayed) . Normally ArredOK customer care updates you about the order’s status. if the production’s time is too long, please contact us by telephone or by mail and we try to anticipate them. We invite you to notice that all the production could have a delay in the period before and during the summer or Christmas’ holidays.

7 - UNAVAILABLE PRODUCTS

ArredOK constantly updates the product’s profile, but it could be happened that the article that you have selected is out of the production or unavailable in that moment. ArredOK sent you an email and we give you the possibility to change the product. We refund you only the amount concerning the unavailable article and in the case of the order is composed from a combined articles we refund you the total amount.

8 - LIMITS OF USE

ArredOK constantly work to update the website but it’s possible for you to find the mistake. It’s our responsibility to keep the website as accurate as possible, but it is also your responsibility to check that all the information that you find are real. This is necessary for your satisfaction in the purchase. The frequently case in which there are some mistakes on the product’s profile is represented from the changes that our supplier has made on their collection. Our supplier constantly work to improve the offer of the product and for this reason they reserve the right to modify the technical features or sizes without notice. It’s possible that you receive the article with another name; this change isn’t a valid reason to break the contract, because this variation isn’t fundamental for the value of the product offered.

9 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAW You can withdraw the contract within 14 days after the delivery date of the articles and without any penalty. You can’t exercise the right of withdraw on contracts regarding the manufacturing or personalized products.

10 - ANOMALIES AFTER DELIVERY

In this point we want to specify the assistance that you have after the reception of the article. We invite you to sign the document that the carrier give you with this phrase “with reserve” and please make a photo if you notice that at the moment of the unloaded the packaging of the article is damage. In this way we can analyze the problem that you have and we can give you all the assistance that you have need. The replacement’s process start when you sent us the photo of the damage and in any case in the period near of the unloaded and it has the same production’s time of the complete products. ArredOK constantly work to reduce the waiting time. When you give back the part of the item or the complete article, please make a comply packaging with an original one. The packaging will be made with the original box and in this way we can avoid another damages. ArredOK sent you by email all the necessary documents that you have to stamp and to put on the box.

11 - WARRANTY

We make an invoice for all our products delivered and they are covered by a warranty that is valid for 24 months in according to Italian customers code. The warranty is valid for 12 months for the invoice issued to the company or to professional person that have a VAT number. Outlet articles are identify from the law “Used Products” and the warranty doesn’t include the aesthetic defects and it is valid for 12 months. This category of products include all the articles that coming from our Showroom, photographic book, Fairs and Television Studios. Some of our articles could have an extension of the warranty and in this case the new lifetime is directly indicated on the profile’s product. Pay attention that the warranty for 24 months is adopt on the products that are used in compliance with their destination of usage and maintenance.

12 - PRIVACY POLICY

The treatment of personal data according to art. 13 of legislative decree 196/03 regularized the use of the personal data. ArredOK never uses personal data, collected through the registration on the website, for any future electronic communication activity and at the same time will not release its customer's personal data to third parties. All data are exclusively used to manage customer's orders in the best way. The processing of personal data connected with this website is treated by ArredOK and by our employees. No data collected will be communicated or released to third parties.
